This one was a fun album. I like the crazy psychedelia but find it a little strange how it goes from crazy wacko music to simple pop music. Catchy, fun, way too long for the long tracks.

This is a pretty quick album. Interestingly I think the Venus in furs song and All Tomorrow’s Parties reminds me of Captain Beefheart - there are just enough off-time bits of not matched up melodies. I wonder if Beefheart listened to this? In the song Heroin the drummer is definitely not really keeping time. This album is just not enjoyable for me.
