Amazing. The whole time I found myself comparing the band to a slightly more modern version of the Beatles. I loved the super catchy choruses and self-referential lyrics about chord changes and the album format itself. I am so glad I listened to this one. I think that this band may be one of the best things to come out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. With a very large recommendation.

This is an album I have loved for so long. Sloan was the first local (Halifax, NS) band that I loved that achieved success on a national stage and they have a special place in my heart. The album has a really carefree feel and the songs remind me of summertime, and easy joy.
