Alright. I felt like the lyrics were just going for shock value and at times were quite questionable, but it was pretty good in every other aspect.

This is probably the first time I have listened to Thrash metal. I like the aggressive double bass drumming, it brings a really fun sense of urgency and agility to the music. But on a whole, the lyrics of this music are almost comical to me. I like a lot of metal (particularly nu-metal), but starting with the first song - Angel of Death - it seems like the lyrics are dark and controversial solely for the sake of being gross or sensational.
