I was prepared for this album to be kind of bad; or at least difficult to listen to. I'd always heard that 4 Non Blondes were basically a one-hit wonder, so my expectations were low. Instead, I enjoyed it. I'm not sure whether that's because it comes from an era of music I'm naturally drawn to, or because there's a level of individuality, musicianship, and creativity that I genuinely appreciate. Either way, I'd listen to it again. While the music is consistently engaging, I found much of the lyrical content less memorable. The songs are enjoyable in the moment, but few of the lyrics linger or leave me with much to reflect on afterward, solid effort.

It is sort of a cross between Alice in Wonderland and Graffiti. It is pleasant but other than a train in the image I am not sure how it relates to the music.
